There are loads of prizes to be won and every post has a Christmas Theme!

What Christmas means to RJ and my family:
I love Christmas, I love the season and the cold frosty mornings in December, I love the food, and the drink and the friends I see, the parties I go to, or the presents I give. One of the best Christmas's ever was when my son Matthew began to believe in Father Christmas. I am sure a lot of parents would say the same thing--seeing Christmas through a child's eyes is magical. Thing is, Matthew has autism, and didn't even comprehend the *imagination* that was Father Christmas. He was 11, maybe 12, when he began to crave things that made no sense in the black and white world of his autistic mind. So for me that has to be one of the best Christmas's ever. Of course it also means hubby and I have to stay up until three am before he goes to sleep!

My competition question:

What time do we stay up to so we can play Santa?

Dont forget!

Other authors are offering awesome prizes... go to http://queertownabbey.com/qtas-christmas-blog-hop/ to see all the people involved!

  1. 3AM, yeah I've been there too. Although it has been many years as my baby turned 40 this year and I don't think she has believed for a long long time. We pretended she believed until we saw her rolling her eyes at us when she was about 13 and finally gave up on the whole Santa thing.
